Sii Poland is seeking an experienced test automation engineer to join the embedded competence center in Poland. The role focuses on automated testing of switch software and firmware, with emphasis on Python-based frameworks, regression testing, and CI/CD integration across hardware platforms.

The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Linux skills, and familiarity with L2/L3 switches and routers. English communication and Poland residency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English (everyday communication).
• Residing in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test suites for switch software and firmware.
• Develop Python-based testing frameworks for functional and performance testing.
• Perform regression, stress, and system-level testing on hardware platforms.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with developers to identify, reproduce, and verify fixes for software defects.
