Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking a Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join a short-term project in the safety and risk management sector. The role focuses on developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps with high performance and quality, using Flutter with optional Android/iOS expertise.

Hybrid work: 3 days per week in the Gdansk office. You will collaborate with a global team, adhere to best practices, and contribute to architecture discussions while delivering robust, tested mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience as a Mobile Developer (4+ years).
• Strong hands-on Flutter development, and Android/iOS familiarity.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.
• Experience in building, testing, and releasing mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build and support cross-platform solutions for Android and iOS devices.
• Design and implement mobile features in line with business and user requirements.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, stability, and security.
• Participate in application architecture design and technical decision-making.

Project

We are looking for a Mobile Developer (Flutter + nice to have Android / iOS) who will join to our client operating in the safety and risk management industry for a short-term project running until the end of year. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications across both platforms, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities you'll have

Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter.

Build and support cross-platform solutions forAndroid and iOS devices.

Design and implement mobile features in line with business and user requirements.

Ensure application performance, responsiveness, stability, and security.

Participate in application architecture design and technical decision-making.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following mobile development best practices.

Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of mobile applications.

Expected competences and knowledge
