Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking a Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join a client project in the safety and risk management sector. The role is short-term, with hybrid work—3 days per week in the Gdansk office.

You will develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, with optional Android/iOS knowledge, and a focus on performance, security, and quality. English communication at B2 level is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience as a Mobile Developer (4+ years).
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter development for mobile apps (Android/iOS).
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.
• Experience in building, testing, and releasing mobile applications.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in English – min. B2.

Salary: 800-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work mode: Hybrid work (3 days per week in the office in Gdansk)

We are looking for a Mobile Developer (Flutter + nice to have Android / iOS) who will join to our client operating in the safety and risk management industry for a short-term project running until the end of year. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications across both platforms, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a seamless user experience.
