AgileEngine, LLC in Warsaw is seeking a Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product from the ground up. You will drive greenfield development, turning product needs into engineering tasks while gaining familiarity with iOS and low-level tech as needed.

You will supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code with Claude Code, and contribute to build and delivery workflows, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Flutter engineering experience with at least 3 years.
• Lead greenfield product development and own the product.
• Strong critical thinking to break complex problems into steps.
• Supervise AI-assisted development and verify code quality.
• Willingness to learn outside the primary stack (C++, frontend, CI/CD).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product from the ground up. This person drives greenfield development independently, turning product needs into engineering decisions while building familiarity with iOS and low-level technology as needed. Comfort supervising AI-assisted development and verifying implementation quality is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take technical ownership of a new product for iOS.
• Drive greenfield implementation, turning product needs into manageable engineering tasks and technical decisions.
• Develop the product using Flutter and build understanding of the surrounding iOS and low-level technology context as needed.
• Resolve unfamiliar technical problems through investigation, collaboration, and supervised use of AI tools.
• Use Claude Code in daily development while retaining responsibility for the correctness and quality of delivered implementations.
• Contribute to adjacent engineering tasks, including build and delivery workflows, when required.

MUST HAVES

• Strong hands-on Flutter engineering skills, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to lead greenfield product development and take technical ownership as the single engineer allocated to the product.
• Critical thinking: break complex problems into clear steps, identify unknowns, and ask useful questions of teammates and AI agents.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify that implementations achieve the intended result.
• Willingness to learn and contribute outside the primary stack, including C++ packages, front-end tasks, and CI/CD, when product needs require it.

NICE TO HAVES

• High-level understanding of LLVM, Swift, and C++.
• Familiarity with iOS development and the associated build ecosystem.
• Experience with application hardening, code obfuscation, runtime protection, or developer tooling.
