Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Flutter Developer to take technical ownership of a new iOS product from the ground up. You will drive greenfield development, turning product needs into actionable engineering tasks, while building familiarity with iOS and low-level tech as needed.

You will supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and ensure implementations meet intended results. A willingness to learn beyond the primary stack, including C++ and CI/CD, is required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Flutter engineering skills, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to lead greenfield product development and take technical ownership as the single engineer allocated to the product.
• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development, review generated code, and verify that implementations achieve the intended result.
• Willingness to learn and contribute outside the primary stack, including C++ packages, front-end tasks, and CI/CD, when product needs require it.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of a new product for iOS.
• Drive greenfield implementation, turning product needs into manageable engineering tasks and technical decisions.
• Develop the product using Flutter and build understanding of surrounding iOS and low-level technology context as needed.
• Resolve unfamiliar technical problems through investigation, collaboration, and supervised use of AI tools.
• Use Claude Code in daily development while retaining responsibility for correctness and quality of delivered implementations.
• Contribute to adjacent engineering tasks, including build and delivery workflows, when required.
