Job description

Our client is building a production-ready MVP for a national deposit-return system supporting Small Collection Points (MPZ). The engineering team works closely with stakeholders delivering a focused mobile solution that supports critical operational and financial settlement processes.

The project focuses on building and maintaining a Flutter-based mobile application — implementing core operational flows, integrating with backend services, and ensuring application stability, security and auditability.

• Design, build and maintain a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers and product owners to deliver high-quality application features
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations
• Implement core operational flows (authentication, scanning, payouts, bag handling)
• Ensure application security, session management and device binding
• Optimise the application for reliability, stability and operational use
• Maintain strong version control and CI/CD practices
• Contribute to documentation, testing and code quality best practices
• Start: within 2–3 weeks
• Duration: MVP delivery phase with possible continuation after pilot
• Team: cross-functional engineering team (mobile, backend, product)
