Job summary

Swarmer develops software that makes drones autonomous and coordinates large teams, with no pilots needed. The Program Manager will drive the operational delivery of Flight and Lab teams, bridging R&D, hardware manufacturing, and real-world deployment.

You will own the lifecycle of flight assets, manage procurement and scheduling, and ensure field readiness under high-uncertainty conditions. English and Ukrainian communication are essential for leadership reporting and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project/ program management or similar roles.
• End-to-end delivery experience from R&D prototyping to field readiness and mission deployment.
• Ability to manage equipment procurement, manufacturing coordination, and supply chain tracking for field assets.
• Bridge between lab R&D and real-world performance with engineering teams.
• Clear executive reporting focusing on blockers, availability, and status.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
• Clear executive-level reporting without hiding complexity.
• Comfortable in high-uncertainty environments with changing priorities.
• High ownership, persistence, and operational discipline.
• Strong risk-management mindset; identify blockers and decisions needed.
• Willingness to work with sensitive defense information and operational security practices.

Responsibilities

• Clarify scope, success criteria, acceptance criteria, delivery risks, and readiness for field testing or release.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Flight and Lab team missions.
• Drive regular syncs, reviews, and escalation routines for critical initiatives.
• Plan, schedule, and execute R&D flight tasks, including documenting and tracking ad-hoc priority activities.
• Coordinate all stakeholders involved in flight operations to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of flight equipment: procurement and retrofitting.
• Maintain status, risk, and resource tracking for throughput.
• Drive operational readiness of flight and lab assets for field testing and deployment.
• Provide leadership with clear picture of on-track vs blocked areas and required decisions.
