Job summary

Swarmer is seeking a Program Manager to drive the operational delivery and field readiness of its Flight and Lab teams. This hands-on role bridges R&D, hardware manufacturing, and real-world deployment, owning the lifecycle of flight assets from procurement to mission readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project/ program management.
• End-to-end delivery from R&D to field readiness.
• Manage equipment procurement, manufacturing coordination, and supply chain tracking.
• Bridge lab‑based R&D with real‑world performance.
• Create executive‑level reporting.
• English and Ukrainian language skills.
• Navigate high-uncertainty environments.
• Strong ownership and operational discipline.
• Readiness to handle sensitive defense information.

Responsibilities

• Clarify scope, success criteria, acceptance criteria, delivery risks, and readiness for field testing or release.
• Manage and own the end‑to‑end delivery of Flight and Lab team missions.
• Drive regular syncs, reviews, and escalation routines for critical initiatives.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of R&D flight tasks and ad-hoc priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders involved in flight operations for alignment.
• Oversee lifecycle of flight equipment including procurement of drones.
• Maintain status, risk, and resource tracking for flight and lab throughput.
• Ensure operational readiness of all flight and lab assets for field testing.
• Report to leadership on on-track, blocked, unclear areas and decisions needed.
