Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO to join the Supply Planning Implementation team. You will drive design, implementation, and deployment of the o9 Supply Planning solution and SAP S4/Hana across MEU, coordinating across multiple streams and partners.

In this role you will manage schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring successful adoption and alignment with the broader transformation programme.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or PMO experience.
• Hands‑on experience with planning systems: SAP APO, SAP ECC, and/or o9 Solutions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills (MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).
• Clear, structured communicator with ability to translate progress into plain language.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated project plan across all Supply Planning streams for both the o9 and S4 tracks.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path; manage RAID log and escalation.
• Coordinate with external partners and regional implementation teams.
• Facilitate stream-lead syncs and cross-stream reviews.
• Prepare status reports and steering committee materials.
