Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald in Warsaw seeks a Fixed Income Product Controller to support the newly expanded CFE Fixed Income business. You will own daily P&L reporting for Fixed Income desks and lead on IPV and balance sheet substantiation, while partnering with US Product Control to establish robust processes.

The role requires strong accounting experience, familiarity with Fixed Income products, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Accounting experience is preferred (part/fully qualified or equivalent).
• Experience with Fixed Income products and product control is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily P&L for Fixed Income desks and explain movements.
• Perform IPV for trading inventories and close monthly figures.
• Support balance sheet substantiation and revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with US Product Control to implement robust processes.
• Enhance and streamline reporting and contribute to Finance AI initiatives.
