Job summary

TELUS Digital Bulgaria is hiring a Customer Support specialist fluent in Danish to join our Sofia-based team. You will assist customers via tickets and calls, provide clear solutions, and work with an international group to improve customer experience.

Relocation support includes accommodation help, a relocation bonus, and a plane ticket. A long-term, stable role with training and health benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish for daily customer communication
• Good command of English (B1 or higher) for training and internal comms
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS features
• Demonstrated empathy and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist users via tickets or calls to resolve issues
• Provide solutions to device usage questions on a case-by-case basis
• Identify trending issues and report them to supervision

• Help our users with any issues they might have via tickets or calls
• Provide solutions to everyday device use questions on a case by case customer-oriented approach
• Identify trending issues and bugs from users' reported issues and communicate them to your supervision team
• Work with a passionate team of customer-friendly colleagues from an international background
