Job summary

TechTree is helping a fast-growing fintech lender launch in Kraków and is recruiting for a People & Culture Manager to build the local function from scratch. This on-site role combines hands-on HR generalist work with strategic setup of processes and policies.

You will be the first point of contact for all employees in Poland, own onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR advisory, and ensure compliance with Polish labour law while partnering with the global People team.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law.
• Able to build HR processes and policies from scratch.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all employees in Poland.
• Own onboarding, employee relations and day-to-day HR advisory.
• Ensure local HR practices comply with Polish labour law.
• Partner with global People team to build foundational processes.
