Job summary

EQT Group’s Tech Architecture team in Warsaw is hiring a Software and Solution Architect for the Fintech Value Stream. You will design scalable, data-driven solutions and collaborate with Tech Leads, engineers, and external partners to drive efficiency and growth in investment technology.

You’ll shape EQT’s architectural direction across value streams, establish standards, and lead critical integrations with internal systems and external vendors, while mentoring teams and guiding strategic

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software engineering and architecture experience in regulated or data-heavy domains.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable, high-availability systems and APIs.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive architecture discussions with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Tech, Finance, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for Fintech Value Stream initiatives and interfaces.
• Assess current architecture and guide scalable implementations.
• Define standards, best practices, and governance across EQT Tech teams.
• Partner with Tech Leads, Engineers, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with Architecture to align long-term direction.
