Job summary

PayU is seeking a Risk Management professional to strengthen operational resilience and ICT risk processes in a dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities include risk identification, policy updates, data analysis, incident management, and cross-team collaboration with first- and second-line defense units. Fluent English and Polish required; hybrid work with 2 days in the office offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in risk management.
• A college degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Risk identification and assessment, risk monitoring and reporting.
• Preparing and updating risk management procedures and policies.
• Collecting and analyzing data from first- and second-line defense units.
• Managing operational risk events, including ICT incidents.
• Collaborating with first and second lines of defense.
• Reporting ICT risks to the regulator.
