Allegro is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-scale platform engineering team responsible for JVM and .NET health, DevOps tooling, CI/CD, observability, and deployment infrastructure across FinTech products. You will ensure platform reliability, cost efficiency, and AI readiness while guiding a cross-functional team in Warsaw.

The role requires expertise in either .NET or Java, strong leadership, and experience with Azure and AKS.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in platform/engineering teams.
• Expertise in either .NET or Java and platform health ownership.
• Strong experience with Azure and AKS in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a cross-functional platform engineering team.
• Drives platform adoption and removes blockers across product teams.
• Oversees infrastructure provisioning, cloud resource management, and AKS.
• Coordinates JVM/.NET migrations and upgrades across products.
• Optimizes CI/CD pipelines and deployment safety with canary releases.
• Integrates AI tools to accelerate developer velocity company-wide.
