Job summary

Trade Nation in Poland is seeking a creative designer to develop visual campaigns and marketing materials for fintech products. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product and Brand teams to ensure consistency and impact across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fintech or financial services marketing
• Strong portfolio across multi-channel campaigns
• Experience creating templates and design systems

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design KPI-measured creatives across paid social, display, search, OOH and partner channels.
• Translate marketing objectives into visual solutions tailored to fintech audiences
• Create and maintain scalable templates for campaign rollouts, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Support the organisation and optimisation of design workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging, brand guidelines, and performance goals
• Adapt and localise creative assets for different markets and audiences where required
• Maintain and extend scalable templates and design system components
• Localise and adapt creative for multiple markets while preserving brand integrity
• Operate fluently within financial promotions standards, treating claims libraries and risk warnings as defined inputs.
