Capital Rx Inc. in Warsaw is seeking an experienced IT Assurance & Compliance professional to own audit readiness, gap assessments, and day-to-day compliance work in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will collaborate with tech teams to gather evidence, draft policies, and translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for engineers and regulators.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT compliance or IT audit, hands-on remediation experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT compliance, IT audit, or information security governance.
• Experience in FinTech, crypto, payment, or regulated financial services.
• Hands-on gap assessments and remediation planning abilities.
• Knowledge of multiple frameworks (DORA, ISO27001, SOC 2).
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks.
• Strong communication, translating regulations to technical teams.
• Attention to documentation and evidence packages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IT audits and regulatory reviews; gather evidence and coordinate with tech teams to deliver complete packages.
• Perform gap assessments against new regulations; document findings and propose remediation with owners and deadlines.
• Be SME for IT compliance; translate regulations into practical guidance for technical teams.
• Draft and maintain audit-ready docs; evidence repositories and compliance registers.
• Draft, review IT and security policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
