Arini Capital Management in Warsaw seeks a talented Software Developer to own the development, implementation, and maintenance of its compliance and surveillance systems. You will optimize platforms, integrate data feeds, and build an AI-driven overlay for the CRM in a hybrid setup.

Join a team focusing on regulatory tech across MAR, FCA, and SEC frameworks, with exposure to Bloomberg Vault, FundApps, and Backstop CRM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience in hedge funds, asset managers, or FinTech.
• Proficient in Python backend development.
• Experience with AI/data engineering and LLM APIs.
• Frontend/dashboarding with React/Angular/Vue.js.
• Familiarity with MAR, FCA, and related regulatory tech.
• Strong data pipelines and ETL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of compliance and surveillance systems.
• Build data pipelines and integrate data feeds for real-time regulatory screening.
• Develop an AI overlay for CRM and a central compliance dashboard.
• Collaborate with Front Arena and legal teams to translate regulatory requirements into tech specs.
• Review PRs and contribute to wider codebase maintenance.
• Monitor and optimize monitoring dashboards and alerts.
