Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Finnish-speaking Technical Support Agent to assist customers with helpdesk queries, configuration, and software installation. You will identify problems, guide users through corrective steps, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the IT environment and willingness to learn new processes.
• ITIL knowledge would be an asset.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Strong customer handling skills and resourcefulness.

• Willingness to work with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone for customers’ end users.
• Route problems to internal support group.
• Coordinate with vendors and work with support staff to obtain technical knowledge.
• Administer and provide user access in various systems.
• Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and resolutions.
