Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking an AI Data Annotation Specialist to oversee content review and moderation workflows. You will handle administrative tasks to ensure timely moderation and client satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

You will act as the main point of contact for content-related issues and work remotely from Poland. The role requires Finnish language proficiency, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Finnish language and able to understand Finnish content.
• Familiar with Finnish culture and contexts.
• Experience in data annotation or labeling.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Comfortable with potentially disturbing content.

Responsibilities

• Review videos and judge videos/accounts according to processes and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions (abuse reports, appeals).
• Liaise with teams to ensure brand safety and monitor social media.
• Take actions to resolve situations arising during production.
• Make balanced decisions based on policies and market knowledge.
