Revolut Ltd is seeking a FinCrime Analyst (External Enquiries) fluent in English and French to investigate risks affecting customers. You will coordinate with Compliance, safeguard funds, and handle external requests with precision and speed.

The role involves liaising with law enforcement, preparing documentation, and generating alerts for suspicious activity, with a flexible work setup across home and office environments.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Fluent in English and French (C1+).
  • Minimum 2 years FinCrime experience or 1+ year with external agencies.
  • Familiar with investigative methods and analytical tools.
  • Ability to communicate with external parties and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Liaising with law enforcement and external bodies.
  • Responding to court orders, DPAs, and POs under POCA compliance.
  • Ensuring requests are completed within deadlines.
  • Collaborating with the Legal team as needed.
  • Preparing documentation for third‑party requests.
  • Conducting fraud investigations from reports received.
  • Generating reports and alerts for suspicious activity.
  • Discussing financial crime concerns with colleagues across Revolut.

About the role

Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.

We’re looking for an External Enquiry Analyst to detect and investigate risks that could impact our customers. You’ll work closely with the Compliance team to safeguard funds and ensure robust protection against financial crime.

What you'll be doing
  • Liaising with law enforcement
  • Responding to court orders, DPAs, and POs, complying with legislation like POCA and DPA
  • Ensuring requestsare completed within the applicable time scales
  • Collaborating with the Legal team as necessary
  • Preparing documentation for third-party requests
  • Conducting fraud-related investigations based on reports received
  • Generating reports and creating alerts for suspicious activity
  • Discussing financial crime concerns with team members across the company
What you'll need
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English (C1+ level)
  • Fluency in French (C1+ level)
  • 2+ years of FinCrime experience, or 1+ years experience dealing with external law enforcement and other government agencies
  • Familiarity with investigative methodologies evidenced by use of analytical tools (e.g., spreadsheets, filters, pivots, network charts)
  • Knowledge of court orders, DPA, PO, and preparing witness statements
  • Confidence communicating with people at all levels, both externally and within the organisation
  • Critical thinking skills
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure
Nice to have
  • A degree in law or STEM subject
  • A professional certification (ICA or ACAMS)
  • Fluency in other languages
Compensation range
  • Krakow: PLN6,200 - PLN10,600 gross monthly*
  • Poland: PLN6,200 - PLN10,600 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
