Job summary

Evotym is seeking a Financial Manager focusing on Treasury and Settlement to join a fully remote fintech team. You will oversee liquidity, payouts, and settlement processes across banks, PSPs, and payment partners, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.

You will monitor liquidity, forecast funding needs, manage FX and multi-currency flows, and coordinate with banks worldwide. The ideal candidate has hands-on treasury experience in fintech or high-risk payments and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on treasury/settlements or payment operations experience, preferably FinTech or high-risk sectors.
• Experience with liquidity management, payout funding, and fund movements.
• Experience coordinating transfers across banks, PSPs, EMIs, and payment providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily liquidity across bank accounts, PSPs, EMIs, and other payment providers.
• Monitor balances and forecast funding needs to ensure smooth payment operations.
• Manage payout funding and ensure liquidity across accounts and providers.
• Initiate and control fund transfers between banks, PSPs and payment partners.
• Oversee FX operations, currency conversions, and multi-currency fund management.
• Execute daily payment and settlement operations and monitor flows for issues.
• Coordinate with banks and payment partners on operational matters.
• Support development and optimization of treasury and settlement processes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely transaction execution.

Role Overview

Join our team as a Financial Manager focusing on Treasury and Settlement! This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by managing complex financial operations and ensuring smooth transaction processes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily liquidity across bank accounts, PSPs, EMIs, and other payment providers.
• Monitor available balances and forecast funding requirements to ensure smooth payment operations.
• Manage payout funding, ensuring sufficient liquidity is available across relevant accounts and payment providers.
• Initiate, control, and manage fund transfers between bank accounts, PSPs, and other payment partners.
• Handle FX operations, including currency conversions, exchange rates, and multi-currency fund management.
• Execute and oversee daily payment and settlement operations.
• Monitor payment flows and proactively identify potential liquidity or funding issues.
• Coordinate operational matters with banks, PSPs, EMIs, and other financial institutions.
• Support the development and optimization of treasury and settlement processes.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure transactions are executed correctly and on time.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Treasury, Settlements or Payment Operations, preferably within FinTech, Payments, iGaming, Crypto, or other high-risk industries.
• Strong experience in liquidity management, payout funding, and fund movements.
• Experience managing transfers across banks, PSPs, EMIs, and payment providers.
• Practical knowledge of FX operations, multi-currency payments, and settlement flows.
• Experience working with multiple international banking and payment partners.
• Languages: English, Russian C1
• Experience in fintech
