SIX is looking for a Customer Experience professional to help shape SIX Flex, a high-volume data delivery platform distributing structured financial information worldwide. You will translate client needs into data solutions and collaborate with Product and Content Managers to deliver impactful data services.

You will design data models for financial instruments, work with developers in an agile environment, and contribute to standardization and data migration across international markets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and market structures.
• Ability to analyse market or regulatory changes to identify opportunities.
• Experience with data modelling tools and development environments.
• Proficiency with SQL and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Git and VS Code in an agile setting.
• English fluency required for international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and design data models to ensure accurate delivery of financial data via files, APIs, and cloud products.
• Collaborate with Product and Content Managers to translate client needs into data solutions.
• Create studies, pre-analyses, and detailed functional specifications for data content.
• Design and maintain data models focused on financial instruments and market structures.
• Support projects including standardization and data migration in an international environment.
• Work closely with developers during implementation in an agile setup.
• Engage in continuous improvement of data services and processes.
