Job summary

HOMAG Group AG is expanding its Controlling Team and seeking motivated Financial Controllers to strengthen financial performance across the HOMAG division. You will partner with business units, support decision making with clear management information, and help modernize reporting and processes using digital tools.

Key responsibilities include monthly reporting review, business partnering for two European entities, and driving cost allocation, intercompany reconciliations and process automation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Controlling, Accounting, FP&A or a related function.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools (Power BI, SAC or similar).
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Central review of monthly financial reporting for HOMAG entities.
• Deliver management reporting for two newly established entities in Europe as their Business Partner.
• Support month-end closing with insight into legal and central levels.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and intercompany reconciliations.
• Drive digitalization and process improvement using AI and BI tools.
• Work with SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools.
• Collaborate with HOMAG HQ, Accounting, Operations and Senior Management.
• Participate in transition projects and tailor responsibilities to strengths.
