Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 года опыта финансового аналитика или в аналогичной должности
• Степень бакалавра/магистра в финансах, бухгалтерии, экономике или смежной области
• Опыт финансового анализа, учета или контроллинга
• Продвинутый MS Excel (сводные таблицы, формулы, анализ данных)
• Свободный английский язык (письменно и устно)
• Умение работать в сжатые сроки и в гибкой среде
• Навыки коммуникации и взаимодействия с участниками из разных стран
• Опыт ERP-систем будет плюсом

Responsibilities

• Подготовка финансовых аналитик и бизнес-отчетов, включая анализ тенденций и ключевых драйверов затрат
• Анализ результатов по сравнению с прогнозом и бюджетом; донесение выводов руководству
• Поддержка ежемесячных бизнес-обзоров с операционным управлением
• Выполнение месяц-енд активностей по учету проектов: признание выручки и начисления
• Коплатежные расчеты и сверка payroll; взаимодействие с внешними провайдерами
• Расчет и posting начислений, включая payroll и WIP/POC
• Подготовка годовых бюджетов и месячных прогнозов
• Постинг месяц-енд операций, поддержка отчетности в рамках IFRS
• Участие в аудиторских запросах и документации
• Взаимодействие с корпоративными финансовыми командами по вопросам отчетности
• Поиск и внедрение улучшений процессов и автоматизации
• Резервирование задач учета и отчетности внутри команды

Job description

Описание:

Iyuno provides technology, information, media, broadcast media production and distribution, and entertainment services. The Finance team supports entities across the Nordic region.

Задачи:

• Prepare financial analyses and business reports, including trend analysis and identification of key cost drivers;
• Analyze and interpret financial results against forecast and budget, and communicate findings to Finance Managers, Country Managers, and other stakeholders;
• Support monthly business reviews with operational management;
• Perform month-end activities related to project accounting, including revenue recognition and accrual calculations;
• Perform payroll accounting and reconciliations, including cooperation with external payroll providers;
• Calculate and post selected accruals, including payroll-related accruals and WIP/POC adjustments;
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for assigned entities;
• Post month-end journal entries;
• Support the monthly reporting process in accordance with corporate policies and IFRS;
• Assist with statutory reporting, audit requests, and documentation;
• Communicate with corporate finance teams on reporting and analysis matters;
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities;
• Provide backup support for accounting and reporting activities within the team.

Требования:

• 1–3 Years’ experience as a financial analyst or in a similar position;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting, or a similar finance role;
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a dynamic environment;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and countries;
• Nice to have: experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
