We're looking for a Finance Process Improvement (Junior) Project Manager / Continuous Improvement Specialist for Amer Sports' office in Kraków.
Amer Sports is a global collective of iconic sports and outdoor brands, powered by a community of people who share a passion for authenticity, impact, and excellence. If you love turning complex problems into clear action plans and thrive in a collaborative, data-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to create visible impact across a global finance organisation.

- Support development and implementation of process standards and performance frameworks, ensuring alignment between KPIs, process design, and improvement initiatives.
You will report to Senior Director, GBS Transformation and Operations, with a dotted line to the GBS Finance Transformation Project and Change Manager.
