Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Kraków seeks a Planning and Performance Management Specialist (Fixed-Term) to perform FP&A and management accounting activities supporting local reporting and global projects. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant finance experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in finance/controlling.
• Experience in FP&A and cost controlling.
• Finance or related degree.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, analyze and support monthly, quarterly and yearly closings (SAP and other tools).
• Collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts.
• Maintain master data in SAP (cost centers, accounts, statistical key figures, etc.) and planning systems.
• Deliver cost allocation to services (products/projects) and customers.
• Prepare and provide regular expense reporting.
• Respond to queries from cost-center managers and business peers.
• Identify financial issues and define counter-measures with tracking.
• Lead project modules or task forces related to PPM topics.
