Job summary

Coforge Kraków is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to head accounting, reporting, and controls for the head office and to support local offices. You will mentor accountants, drive consolidation and statutory reporting, and implement new financial systems with cross-border collaboration.

The role requires deep knowledge of accounting standards, strong Excel proficiency, and experience with AX. You will coordinate budgeting, reporting cycles, and teach staff while ensuring data accuracy and

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting for head office and support local offices.
• Train local accountants in AX and ARS financial reporting systems.
• Review monthly and quarterly financial deliverables and internal controls at group level.
• Lead implementation of development requests from head office and identify process improvements.
• Manage department budget planning, staff planning, and travel/training budgets.
• Maintain high quality of accounting and reporting per Group Accounting Policy.
