Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a finance environment.
• Good written and spoken English; team-oriented mindset and collaborative work style.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus; exposure to IFRS or local GAAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting activities and transactions for the General Accounting team.
• Assist with journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Help prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support audit requests and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with Payroll, FP&A, Tax, and Finance Business Partners; contribute to process improvements.
• Learn and apply accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.

We're currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented General Accounting Intern to join our Finance team in Kraków, Poland. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations within a dynamic and international environment. You will support the General Accounting team in day-to-day financial activities, month-end closing processes, account reconciliations, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in corporate accounting and finance.

In This Role, You Will

• support the General Accounting team in day-to-day accounting activities and transactions
• assist with journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and month-end closing
• help prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records
• support audit requests and ensure compliance with accounting procedures
• collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, FP&A, Tax, and Finance Business Partners and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• learn and apply accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards

To Make The Above Work, We Are Looking For

• currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
