Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Finance & Accounting assistant on a hybrid basis in Poland. Your responsibilities include posting and entering entries into the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and managing fixed assets records, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within GBS procedures.

You will collaborate with colleagues across departments, communicate clearly in English, and develop finance process knowledge in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Strong communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manual/automatic/recurring postings and enter them into the general ledger.
• Reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Manage fixed assets records.
• Coordinate with requesters/GBS departments to cover ongoing topics.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks following internal procedures.
