Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in Finance Forecasting, FP&A, Financial Planning, or Performance Management.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments and managing roadmaps/backlogs.
• Good understanding of Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and AI-driven products.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, vision, and backlog for the Finance Forecasting Hub.
• Collaborate with Finance, ERP, Data & AI teams to deliver scalable forecasting and planning solutions.
• Drive product prioritization by balancing business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder needs.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure successful product delivery.
• Track product investments, budgets, and outcomes to maximize business impact.
