Job summary

Axpo Polska in Warsaw is seeking a data-driven BI professional to create Power BI dashboards and financial reports, automate reporting, and analyze large volumes of finance data from multiple systems.

You will support the Finance team with structured insights, participate in cross-functional projects related to finance digitalization, and enjoy hybrid work with a 10-month fixed-term contract in an international energy company.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to work with and combine data from multiple sources.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive way of working.
• Ideally, experience in finance process optimization or the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop Power BI dashboards and financial reports.
• Automate and optimize reporting and workflow processes within Finance.
• Analyze large volumes of financial data from different systems.
• Support the Finance team with reliable and structured data insights.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects related to finance digitalization.
