Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain data onto databases using financial and technical knowledge.
• Own data completeness, including root cause analyses and preventive measures.
• Research sources to ensure quality, timeliness, and opportunities for automation.
• Promote continuous improvement through data quality analysis and efficiency initiatives for automation.
• Test new database releases and provide user feedback.
• Learn financial regulations and market practices; monitor market events.
• Daily update of reports, timesheets, and production reports.
• Research and respond quickly to client issues, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with relevant partners to achieve objectives.
• Mentor junior team members (buddy system) and share knowledge.
• Resolve client queries following the defined service flow/methodology.
