Job summary

Pepco in Poznań is seeking an experienced Finance Change Leader to drive transformation across 18 international markets. You will lead the Finance Change Team, delivering complex finance system implementations and initiatives that shape business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders, challenge assumptions, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance transformation, business change, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Previous people management experience and a track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across Finance, IT and Business functions.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders, navigate difficult conversations, and drive decisions.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (C1 level).
• Experience with ERP transformation, procurement systems, or finance technology projects will be an advantage.
