Qualifications

• Experience supporting Oracle ERP in a business systems or application support role.
• Preference for Oracle Fusion; Oracle EBS or other Oracle ERP platforms considered.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues.
• Experience coordinating with both business users and technical teams.
• Exposure to integrations, reporting tools or ERP enhancement projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Oracle ERP applications and related Finance systems.
• Investigate and resolve application issues, user queries and data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Support finance processes including AP, AR, GL and Cash Management.
• Assist with system enhancements, configuration changes and continuous improvement.
• Support testing activities for upgrades, releases and new functionality.
• Monitor and support integrations, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Create and maintain system documentation and knowledge materials.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide high-level user support.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Oracle Fusion experience is preferred, although experience supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) or other Oracle ERP platforms will also be considered.
• Understanding of finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve system issues.
• Experience working with both business users and technical teams.
• Exposure to integrations, reporting tools or ERP enhancement projects would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
