Job summary

Philips in Poland is seeking a Finance Business Partner to shape profitability across the Central and Eastern Europe region. You will partner with sales, business, and supply chain, driving financial planning, performance reviews, and strategic actions to meet targets.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and experience with month-end close and internal controls. Hybrid office presence and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Business or Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, in areas such as Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent in multinational companies.
• Fluent in Polish and English (oral and written, C1 level) and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Solid accounting, internal controls knowledge and experience with month-end/year-end close and financial reporting.
• ACCA certification would be an asset.

• Provide quality financial support to the business and advise Management Teams to achieve financial goals.
• Shape P&L and all financial KPIs, maintain ROI mindset.
• Oversee forecasting processes for multiple districts and align with strategic objectives.

Our focus is to be engaged in a finance team which drives the company performance, growth, and environment of financial compliance.You will work closely with sales, business, and supply chain departments as well as internal control and accounting operations teams.## Your role:* Provide quality financial support to the business, proactively advising Management Teams to achieve financial and business goals.* Shape Profit and Loss (P&L) and all financial KPIs, overall cost management.* Maintain ROI mindset in organization.* Oversee the financial forecasting processes for multiple districts, ensuring that financial plans are robust, data-driven, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.* Drive the financial performance of the CEE Zone by monitoring the key financial metrics, identifying trends, and working with senior sales leaders to develop and implement corrective actions when needed to meet or exceed financial targets.* Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and tools across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging technology to enhance financial planning and reporting.* Actively participate in the weekly performance review meetings.* Provide variance analysis and articulate business financial results and plans.* Manage customers’ credit limits in cooperation with credit experts. The base annual salary range for this role is PLN 234,500 – PLN 388,500. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for sales incentive, with your rewards linked to your commercial KPI’s.
