Mars Global Service in Warsaw is hiring a Global Sourcing Manager for BPO/Managed Services to shape our supplier strategy and lead cross‑functional sourcing initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Digital Technologies, HR, and other functions to deliver value and innovation.

This role demands 3–5 years in BPO/Managed Services with strong procurement and SRM skills, fluency in English, and a track record of managing complex international supplier relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Managed Services, or other strategic sourcing for Indirect Categories (IT, Software, Professional Services, or Digital Sourcing).
• Strong procurement expertise across sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience in Category Management and/or Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex business environment.
• Experience collaborating within regional or global teams and managing relationships across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong vendor and supplier management experience, including engagement with strategic partners.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for value creation beyond transactional procurement.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing activities for the global BPO and Managed Services category.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver business value, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding.
• Own and manage a portfolio of global supplier agreements, ensuring commercial value, compliance, and strong governance.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners to drive performance and innovation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Digital Technologies, Human Resources, Procurement and other business functions to understand business needs and translate them into sourcing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value creation within existing contracts and supplier relationships.
• Support integration of sourcing activities related to acquisitions, organizational changes, and new business initiatives.
• Contribute to supplier relationship management (SRM), category planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, global and agile environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Join Mars as a Global Sourcing Manager - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and play a key role in shaping our global supplier strategy across Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Services categories. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Digital Technologies, P&O and other corporate functions to deliver value, drive innovation, optimize costs, and manage strategic supplier relationships. This is a global, individual contributor role offering significant exposure to senior leaders, strategic partners, and complex sourcing initiatives across a dynamic international environment.

What are we looking for?
