Job summary

Armacell Poland is seeking an experienced Finance Manager and Business Partner to lead the local Finance function and own the P&L and Balance Sheet. You will collaborate with Plant and Commercial Leadership to drive performance and profitability.

The role requires a degree in Finance or related field, strong IFRS knowledge, and proven leadership in manufacturing finance. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, tax filings, and ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong experience in Finance and Controlling within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and transfer pricing.
• Proven leadership experience and people development skills.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
