• Preparation and posting of complex entries including accruals, provisions, and allocations.
• Monitoring of fixed asset transactions and collaboration with asset owners.
• Daily processing of bank statements and reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Reconciliation and settlement of intercompany transactions.
• Execution of period-end close activities and preparation of financial reports.

YOUR TASKS

• Preparation and posting of complex entries including accruals, provisions, and allocations, in line with schedule and Client Desktop Procedures
• Monitoring of fixed asset transactions, including capitalization and budget tracking, in collaboration with asset owners
• Daily processing of bank statements, reconciliation of bank accounts, and clearing of sub-accounts
• Reconciliation and settlement of intercompany transactions, including netting and agreement of balances with counterparties
• Execution of period-end close activities, preparation of financial and management reports, and performance of financial controls in accordance with Client Control Framework

YOUR PROFILE

• Approximately 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably within R2R or P2P processes
• Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong multitasking abilities and proven capability to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines
