Job summary

Fisher Paykel Healthcare is seeking a Finance & Administration Specialist to support our growing Poland operation. The role covers finance, customer administration, logistics and business support activities.

You will analyse accounts receivable, assist cash flow management and deliver accurate reporting to help the business make informed decisions. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and fluent Polish/English are essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in accounts receivable, credit control, finance administration or similar roles.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with business systems (SAP is an advantage).
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with a proactive learning mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken Polish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and customer payment trends.
• Follow up overdue balances and support credit risk management.

We're looking for a Finance & Administration Specialist to support our growing Poland operation and play a key role across finance, customer administration, logistics and business support activities.

This is a broad role that combines financial analysis, receivables management and operational administration. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager and wider business to provide insights, improve processes and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the operation.

About the role

You'll be responsible for analysing accounts receivable performance, supporting cash flow management and helping the business make informed decisions through accurate reporting and financial insights.

As part of a small and evolving team, you'll also contribute across customer administration, logistics coordination and operational support activities, developing a broad understanding of the business and taking on additional responsibilities as the operation continues to grow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor accounts receivable and customer payment trends
• Follow up overdue balances and support customer credit risk management
• Prepare reports and performance metrics to support decision-making
• Work with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve payment and customer-related issues
• Support selected finance processes, including reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting
• Assist with customer administration and general business support activities

About you

You'll bring a strong finance foundation along with the ability to work across a wide range of activities in a dynamic business environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in accounts receivable, credit control, finance administration or a similar role
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with business systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and customers
• Fluent written and spoken Polish and English
