Job summary

Versigent is seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Processing Associate in Poland to digitize scanned documents using OCR and ensure data accuracy. You will analyze discrepancies across accounting systems and troubleshoot duplicates in automated invoice processing.

Coordinate daily work with Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Automation, and CI teams; support expansion with new vendors and collaboration with RPA developers. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure.
Experience with OCR, automation, RPA, or invoice processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Digitize scanned documents using OCR and ensure data accuracy.
Analyze discrepancies and identify root causes across accounting systems.
Troubleshoot exceptions, duplicates, and rejected items in automated invoice processing.
Coordinate daily work with Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Automation, and CI teams.
Support scope expansion by analyzing new vendors and collaborating with RPA Developers.
Implement improvements and follow up on corrective actions.
Provide reports and analysis as needed; support team members with daily tasks.
