Job summary

Shuru Technologies Private Limited in Poland seeks a hands-on Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to build and scale the finance backbone, ensure timely close, compliance, and accurate reporting as the business grows across geographies and service lines.

You will lead core accounting functions, drive automation, manage multi-entity, multi-currency operations, implement ASC 606 / IFRS 15 policies, and provide KPI-ready management dashboards for leadership and investors.

Qualifications

8–12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience across IT services or consulting, with US GAAP and IFRS exposure.
Experience implementing scalable finance processes and dashboards.
Proven revenue recognition expertise (ASC 606/IFRS 15) for varied contract types.
Strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with Zoho Books/Finance or similar tools.
Experience leading multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and system migrations.

Responsibilities

Own the monthly close process (target: T+7) with P&L by service line/project, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Lead accounting operations: chart of accounts, billing, AR/AP, cash management, payroll oversight, and fixed assets.
Design and implement revenue recognition policies (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) for various contract types.
Oversee compliance calendar: tax filings, payroll obligations, audits, statutory reporting, and internal controls.
Manage multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
Prepare management reporting packs: KPIs (DSO, backlog, utilisation, margins), board updates, dashboards.
Drive system migrations (ERP/PSA/Accounting) and streamline end-to-end processes.
