Job summary

Bielsko is seeking a field-based thermography specialist to perform thermal inspections of energized electrical systems at customer sites across Poland and Europe. The role requires strong English, technical electrical knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

You will collect data, generate professional reports, and coordinate travel arrangements with support from the company, ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Good command of English required; other European languages are a plus.
• Technical aptitude and basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience in thermography or condition monitoring is a strong asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermographic inspections of energized electrical switchgear and distribution systems at customer sites.
• Conduct ultrasonic measurements and visual condition assessments to identify overheating, loose connections, and insulation defects.
• Work safely around energized equipment and follow electrical safety requirements and site procedures.
• Open electrical panels and switchgear only when authorized and safe.
• Collect, analyze, and document thermal images and inspection data; prepare clear reports with findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements and site access using company tools and support.
