Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Poland is looking for a Service Supervisor based in Bielsko-Biala to establish and lead the service function, while initially taking on hands-on field service activities. You will manage customer issues, warranty claims, and on-site interventions to ensure rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical education in Electrical, Power, or Automation engineering.
• Hands-on field service experience with electrical equipment.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service function with hands-on field work as needed.
• Coordinate field service, installation, maintenance, testing, and repairs.
• Ensure safety, quality and timely resolution of issues with customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project teams.
