You will define AI solutions, work with LLMs and agents, and deploy end-to-end applications, from prototype to production. You’ll collaborate across teams to simplify complex workflows and deliver tangible results.

The role emphasizes independence, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, and data pipelines within a global, office-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering or applied ML experience.
• Clear communication with non-technical colleagues.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Structured approach to finding problems and simplifying complexity.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and a project using RAG or agents.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows, pain points, and data with stakeholders.
• Identify problems worth solving and break them into clear steps.
• Propose AI solutions and determine when they make sense.
• Build, test and deploy LLM-powered applications and agents.
• Implement retrieval (RAG), tool integrations, and context handling.
• Plan work, provide updates, and document solutions.
