Job summary
Energy Drive is seeking an Automation Technician in Warsaw to support PLC, VFD, and instrumentation across on-site projects and global deployments. You will bridge engineering design with field execution, develop and troubleshoot control programs, and contribute to energy performance improvements while traveling within the EU/UK as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong automation expertise with PLC/HMI/VFD programming and troubleshooting.
- Engineering degree or diploma is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of industrial networks and instrumentation.
- Excellent English communication and willingness to travel within EU/UK.
Responsibilities
- Represent engineering during FAT and site tests, support commissioning.
- Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programs and set up VFDs.
- Validate wiring, install devices, and configure networks (Modbus/Profibus/Ethernet).
- Maintain documentation and contribute to standardization of libraries.
- Support analytics, field data validation, and energy performance improvements.
