Responsibilities
- Represent the company as a low-level technical expert for EAT-RFID products
- Provide low-level support for partner integration for embedded products
- Provide low-level technical support for escalated field issues
- Prepare low-level documentation for application notes and technical papers
- Prepare and present low-level technical training to partners and internal staff
- Provide on-site partner support and training
Experience and Background
- 4+ years of experience in field application engineering, technical sales, or a related role
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities (English)
- Able to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel internationally as required by the role
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of physical access control and the security industry
- Familiarity with Security/Cryptography concepts
- Knowledge of contactless RFID credentials and readers
- Experience with hardware and software development tools
- Familiarity with system integration and testing procedures
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python)
- EMEA and APAC regional experience
