Relativity is seeking a Business Intelligence Development Manager to lead the Poland-based BI development team. You will drive scalable analytics solutions, partner with stakeholders, and promote data governance while delivering the BI roadmap.

The Business Intelligence Development Manager leads the Poland-based Business Intelligence development team and is responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery oversight to ensure successful execution of the BI roadmap while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence. The BI Development Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, analytics leaders, and technology teams to deliver trusted reporting solutions and advance the organization's data maturity.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 203 000 and 305 000PLN The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
