Job summary

Sealed Air Poland is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to ensure safe, compliant operation of site infrastructure and systems. You will inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, utilities, and building installations while coordinating subcontractors and supporting investment projects.

Key focus on health and safety, reliability, and cost control, with responsibilities including TPM inspections, preventive maintenance, and compliance with legal and internal procedures. Relocation: No.

Qualifications

Technical education (engineering degree preferred).
Experience in facility maintenance or industrial technical roles.
Knowledge of HVAC, utilities, electrical systems and building infrastructure.
Ability to diagnose issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Experience coordinating external services and contractors.
Familiarity with maintenance systems and documentation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements.
SEP or related certifications and experience with BMS, SAP, Coupa, ISO/BRC are a plus.
Basic technical English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, compliant operation of site infrastructure and systems.
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot critical infrastructure (HVAC, utilities, building installations).
Coordinate subcontractors and external services; manage documentation.
Support investment and improvement projects; minimize downtime and costs.
Maintain compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
Support purchasing activities and budget control.
