Job summary

NeuroLeadership Institute is seeking a remote Facilitator to advisor senior leaders through neuroscience-based leadership development. You will deliver engaging sessions that foster inclusive, growth-minded conversations and actionable feedback methodologies.

You will guide virtual and in-person programs, ensuring high-quality content and compelling storytelling that resonates with executive audiences and client teams.

Qualifications

• Senior executives' attention managing for hours to days.
• Excellent speaking and storytelling for leadership audiences.
• Agile, adaptable with a growth mindset.
• Experience delivering learning programs to clients virtually and/or in person.
• Contributing to material quality and content.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate insights on conversations, bias reduction, inclusivity, and feedback.
